Delicate, fruity, and perfectly balanced, it’s a refreshing choice for any occasion. Available in 6″ and 8″ sizes.
Delivery + Order Time
We request cake orders a minimum of 4 days before your pick-up date. You can place your order up to 3 months in advance.

Unit 5/ 42-46 Wattle Rd, Brookvale NSW 2100 (Enter Via Mitchell Rd )
Please allow at least 3 business days for pick up after order is placed.
If, for any reason, we are unavailable for pickup on your selected date, we will notify you promptly.
Delivery:
A delivery fee will be applied at checkout if your postcode is within our delivery radius. Delivery time is Wednesday to Saturday, 9am to 3pm. We cannot guarantee a set time. You are of course welcome to organise your own courier or Uber for pickup if you can’t get to us.
Dietary Options
We offer gluten-free flavours in Caramelised Orange & Figs, Camafeu & Indulgent. However, our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, nuts, eggs and dairy, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please mention your requirements in the Special Instructions box below.

Roses & Vanilla
Classic vanilla cake brushed with a rosewater, lemon and vanilla-infused syrup, filled with vanilla bean ganache, and vanilla bean Swiss buttercream.
Red Berries On Passion
White chocolate mud cake layered with a vibrant red berry compote, passionfruit ganache, and red berry Swiss buttercream.
Brazilian Marriage

ByGigi’s new Tasting Box has 8 of our signature flavours and it’s designed to serve 2 people.
Cake portions are roughly 4 x 6 x 3 cm each slice.
Keep the box in the fridge and bring it to room temperature 2 hours before consumption. Consume them for the next 2 or 3 days.

Why order a cake from the By Gigi Online Shop?
Our Online Shop makes it easy to order one of By Gigi's signature cake designs without the longer consultation and design process involved with a fully customised cake. Each cake is made to order by hand in our Sydney studio, giving you the craftsmanship and attention to detail of a By Gigi cake with a simpler ordering experience.
Can I get a cake same-day?
No — every order needs at least 4 days lead time for quality and preparation, so same-day pickup isn't available.
How far in advance do I need to order?
At least 4 days ahead, and up to 3 months in advance. During busy periods (holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) we recommend ordering 2+ weeks ahead, as weeks can fill up and get marked Fully Booked.
Can I customise the colours or add a message?
Some designs allow minor customisation — colour changes, messages, or small decorative tweaks — which you can note in Order Notes. For anything more involved, use Get a Quote instead.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes. We have gluten-free flavour options available. Please check our flavour menu.
Do you cater for allergies?
We offer some dietary options, including gluten-free flavours. However, our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, nuts, eggs and dairy, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have a specific allergy concern, please contact us before ordering.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders placed through the Shop are final — no cancellations or refunds, since production planning starts right after confirmation. Changes generally can't be guaranteed, but reach out as early as possible and we'll try to help.
Do I pay in full when I order?
Yes, for Shop Online cakes full payment is taken at checkout via the secure online payment system.
Can I pick my cake up a day or two before my event?
Yes, in many cases. Most cakes can be stored in the fridge overnight. However, cakes decorated with fresh fruit or fresh flowers are best collected as close to the event as possible. We'll provide cake-care instructions with your order.
How should I transport my cake after pickup?
Keep your cake flat and level, preferably on the floor of your car rather than on a seat. Keep it cool and out of direct sunlight, and avoid sudden stops, sharp turns and bumpy roads.
How should I store my cake?
Most cakes should be stored in the fridge until they're ready to be served. Your order will include a Cake Care Guide with specific storage and handling instructions.
Can I create my own cake design?
The Online Shop features a curated collection of pre-designed cakes for a simpler ordering experience. If you'd like a completely bespoke cake with a custom design, styling and flavour combinations, please use our Custom Cakes service.
What's the difference between Shop Online and requesting a custom cake?
The Shop Online offers pre-designed, seasonal cakes you can order and check out instantly. For a fully custom design, flavour, and styling, use the Get a Quote form instead — custom cakes are priced separately to reflect the extra planning and craftsmanship.
